Hi there, hope you're well.
We only need to use the form for about six months a year (three months, twice a year) to receive submissions.
Is it OK that we upgrade to the $9.95 plan, then cancel or pause during the months that we don't need to use it? Is it correct that the form and data will still be there during the months it is cancelled?

You can just subscribe on a Monthly scheduled plan.
The subscription will automatically renew after a month. With this schedule plan, you can then cancel/stop the subscription anytime on a month, and can also re-subscribe again anytime.
Please take note that the available subscriptions schedules are Monthly, Yearly, and Bi-Yearly. The subscription renew automatically on the scheduled plan selected.
