Paypal button not showing

I setup for Registration fee. Should users see Paypal icon on form on only when they click the box next to "Registration fee".

Would also like for there to be wording which says something like "select below to make payment".  Currently there is only a circle next to Registration fee. no one will know to select this to make payment

There is really no Paypal button here. Once the user hit the submit button, it will go to the Paypal page where your user can input his billing credentials and many other options.

The Paypal button only appears in the Paypal Express and Paypal Pro payment integration. In Paypal Express, it shows a button that says "Pay with Paypal". While in Paypal Pro, it shows whether you want to pay via credit card or via Paypal.
