Hi,
If you are having issues with a previously setup integration, please try removing the integration and setting it up once again. If you are trying to setup a new integration, here is our guide on how to do do so:

Make sure your Salesforce username, password and security token are all correct when setting things up.
If there is something specifically not working with the integration, let us know and we will be happy to see what the issue may be.
