Form is still filled with previous person info?

We currently have a link on our ipad for the patient to fill out their forms. They go through the process and the forms are submitted as required. But when we present the Ipad to the next person to begin their forms. the form is not blank from the link we have established on. It has the previous persons information on it. How do we avoid this?

The form should automatically clear its values once submitted unless you return to the form using the browser back button, there might be chances that it would prefill the previous data. On this case, you can add a clear button to your form so you can easily press it to clear the form. 

Here's how to add a clear button

1. Click your submit button while on the form builder

2. Enable Reset Button
