Emails are not getting through to my email account when someone uses the Contact Form on my site

    When someone tries sending us a submission thorough our websites' Contact Form, it never makes it to our inbox. I see it in the submissions box in JotForm, but it seems to be stuck there never being delivered. Any ideas for what to look for as the issue? Checked with our host, it's not them, checked the code on the site it's all there...

    I can see the form has 2 notifiers setup to send emails to these email addresses:

    m***ta@v*****zcloud.com
    d****d@ro********rossfit.com

     You or your email service providers for both domains may white-list our domain names , if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender
