We are setting up form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42308895849976 and once someone has chosen a radio box in Sponsorship or Ad Journal they can't change their mind and empty out the section. Can you please see what we are doing wrong and help us out?

    thank you.

Unfortunately, It is not possible to remove the selection in the radio button. Unless you refresh the page. If you want, you can use the check box instead and limit it to only one selection to mimic a radio field. The good thing with it is that users can untick the selection and have no selection at all.

    Here's a sample form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52025897812965?.

To set a maximum selection, navigate to the Properties and set it there.

    I hope that helps.
