Users enters data on page 1, then clicks next. The back button doesn't take them anywhere, they just stay on the page

Can you provide us your website URL containing your forms? This would help us find possible solutions for your problem. Thanks in advance.
I am also running on Windows with IE8, but after a couple of test I haven't found any problem on back button using direct link of your form. (http://www.jotform.com/form/13382116151). Can you try to clear your browsers cache and recheck if that makes any differences?
We'll wait for your reply on this matter. Thanks.

I don't get the nifty saving graphic when I click next on the above form. And, as an aside, I am unable to change the text of my back button (documentation states that I should be able to change properties in the taskbar.)
Thanks for looking into this,

I have tested that form on the said version of IE but wasn't able to replicate the issue. Is there any possible steps to replicate the said issue? Thanks.
Also, pagebreak doesn't have nifty graphic that indicates saving of form, but it should save without any problem, specially on IE. With regards to your last question, you can actually change the next and back button. First, you need to click on page break field and then look above it (on the menu part), it should give you this option.
Let us know if you have further questions. Thank you so much for waiting and have a great day!

Your message failed to display on this thread. Would you mind if I ask you to post your response again?
On another note, I tested the form on the URL you provided. The back button works perfectly fine, although the "nifty graphic" does not display when using session variables. I have emailed our developers about that issue.
We will notify you of any updates regarding this matter.

Back text and next text do not display on my installation and I've sent a screenshot via email that doesn't show the back text and next text buttons you have circled above. I've already been told that since I've purchased the standalone version, I shouldn't be posting here anyway. The image you've posted above is from the jotform.com saas version.
