    How Do I remove the Captcha image after submission?

    Asked by lukeallen on September 14, 2010 at 10:58 AM

    Hi,

    For some reason I have had the same issue as a couple of others on here. When yclick on submit it goes to a captcha form which is an unwanted feature as it would be better if the vistor went straight to the thank you page / site.

    the form in question is

    // JotForm.init(function(){ $('input_1').hint('justgiving.com/yourchoice'); JotForm.description('input_1', 'Simply enter the fundraising page you want to receive the donation. Justgiving, BMyCharity, Virgin Money etc.'); }); //

    ....
    GO TO EMUSIC
    Should be Empty:
    // document.getElementById("si" + "mple" + "_spc").value = "2385312159-2385312159"; //

    My question is how do I remove the captcha part from apearing after the submission?

    You will need to update the form code on your site. If the code on your site does not include the captcha field that might be the reason.

    Try this and if it does not help please email us the URL of the page.
