we are not getting our applications from our forms. Can you assist and how do we get the ones that have not been recieved yet?

    Can you assist and how do we get the ones that have not been received yet? We have not received the submissions since July 6th

    Hi,

    I checked your form and I see quite a few submissions.  They look like they are indeed going through.  You email notifications to "lmcaloose@colonnaship.com" also appear to be going through.  However, if there are some that are not, I would recommend changing the sender email for your notifications from your custom SMTP to "noreply@jotform.com":

    This will send your email notifications from our services and ensure more consistent delivery.
