I currently have open jot forms. I only need the premium upgrade for about 4 or 5 months out of the year, Feb thru May. Since I am a current customer and have had the upgrade and then reset it, will I still get my current pricing on upgrades or will I have to pay the new pricing?

I am sorry to inform you but the old pricing and plans will not be available after August 15th. You might consider upgrading account before August 15th to say with the current rate (Premium plan - $9.95 month, $90 yearly, $139 bi-yearly).
