I have made a booking form on my website. Surftown.com.
My domain host says the jotform verification code that I need to the SMTP account wizard don`t get to there gateway.
And that is why i don`t get the mail with the verification code in my mailbox (email@example.com)
can you help me with this problem?

I see that the verification email sent from our end without any issue. Please see if Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses can help you in receiving the email to your inbox.
It would be helpful for us if you can login to your account and post the reply so that we can authorize your account since we do not see any accounts registered with your email address or the SMTP email address.
