Not all responses on my form are showing

    My form is not showing all responses when it is automatically sent through email.  

    If I go into the SUBMISSIONS through jotform, all of the information is there.  

    I am having the same issue with more more form.  

     

    These are both forms that I have been using for quite a while.  Now that I have added new items, the new items are not showing.

    As far as I checked, all the fields are included in the notification, to make sure, you could simply re-do the notification: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications, all the field will be updated.

    If you are referring to not seeing the header or text in the notification, that's because these type of fields can not included in email notifications. Let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.
