Form is not working in Internet ExplorerAsked by sheenaedwards on July 24, 2015 at 05:05 AM
I created a form using Jotform which I then embedded the html code into Adobe Muse. My understanding of HTML is pretty basic so I need help figuring out why my form is not working in Internet Explorer it works fine in Chrome.
The URL where the form is http://heattech.co.za/contact.html.
Any help would be amazing.
Thanks for contacting us.
I checked your form and I noticed that you have embedded your form using the <script> method. Can you try re-embedding your form using iFrame embed method and see if it works? You can check this guide to know how to get the form's iFrame embed code: Getting the Form iFrame Code.
If the issue still persists even after using the iFrame embed method, can you provide to us what IE browser version you are using so we can further check the issue.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
