when I log in. it doesn't look right and wont let me get a pdf file so I can print. It looks like your site is having issues.
This is really effecting my clients and service I provide them.

I presume that you are having some issues with not all resources being loaded for you.
If that is so, do try to access our servers over the following URL: http://www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true
If that works for you, then please follow the steps here: 3 Ways to Flush DNS - wikiHow
Once you follow them, you should be able to see the website properly even without the first link above.

Just to mention. If you are using Trend Micro Anti-malware (or some other security suite from them), it seems that they are blocking access to our CDN servers. In that case the link above should still work until this is resolved, but you can also whitelist the servers from cloudfront.net and have them all loaded properly.
How can I get a program that let's me see credit card numbers? I don't make online purchases. Just need the number to.give to my suppliers.

I would suggest to continue with that in your other thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/617019 as mentioned there, it is not possible to do that directly - with the standard fields. What you must do is to have the data go through the authorization payments.
In regards to the phone, unfortunately we do not provide phone support, only forum (this), email (email@example.com), chat and twitter - where chat is only available at some - non specific - times and where our forum is the quickest way to get a response.
