How can I create a printable PDF version of a form

I have attempted several times to use the "Create a PDF" option in the "My Forms" menu, without success.  The same error is received every time for multiple forms.

To my understanding you are getting an error when attempting to create and open a pdf form. If I am not mistaken you are then trying to print that? Or have I misunderstood?

I checked and it seems this 50836686487169 is the form which you are experiencing this trouble on and it currently belongs to another account but I found you are a sub-user with full access.

I tried to replicate the issue to test the pdf creation on a separate form on my own account but I am unable to do so. I am able to download, open, and print my separate test. Can you try again?

I would suggest that you clear your browser cache and try this again to see if it will work and let us know if you are still having issues with it and we'll look into it further for you if needed.
