I want to create a form where the user will complete it, and after submitted an automated print out sheet will be created with thier unique information populated in the fields. An example would be the concept of a UPS label. Is this possible?

I see the print form button is an option but is that the only way?

You may be able to do something with a Custom Thankyou Message as you can use form variables there like in customised Notification Emails

What form does this 'print out sheet' take exactly?

You can get the variables by clicking on Email Alerts -> Notification

Once you know those you can create customised thankyou messages.

Click the Thankyou icon , select Custom Thankyou Message

Here is the configuartion for a very basic one:

You have an HTML editor to completely customise the message.

Here is my basic example form:

There is another way to do achieve the functionality but this is the most straightforward. I think you a bit of patience creating your 'print out sheet' you should get something that works well.
