unsaved fields shows on website form

Asked by dkotech on December 09, 2011 at 03:56 PM

This seems very strange.  I just started to use JotForm yesterday, so it's probably something I'm doing.

Even though I have disabled the Auto Save feature, when I am editing a form, the new information is showing on my website form.  I often like to experiment by adding different fields but don't want them to display on website form until I have manually saved the form.

Fisrt off, thanks for your interest in our service. You probably know that but i'd like to suggest you something. You can easily clone your existing form and do your experiments/changes on it. So you can keep your existing form on your web site without any changes. That's the easiet solution i came up with.

    I hope that helps.
