May we know if what kind of scoring analysis are you referring to? You can get the score of the user who answers your questionnaire by using Conditions and Calculation field. Please provide to us the logic you want to implement in your form/questionnaire so we can further analyze and give you some sample forms that you can use as a guide to create your form.
