    Hi cddweb,

    Thanks for contacting us.

Yes, you are right. When your account reaches the its limit, all of your forms will be disabled (Form over quota error would be displayed when you access your form). Your forms will be available again at the beginning of the next month where your limit counter is reset.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.

Thanks for clarifying that. I have found the Free extras for liking you on Facebook etc so I hope I wont go over. I looked at upgrading but the payment form has no security reassurance and I did not feel happy putting my card details into what seems to be an unsecure form. I like that I could just upgrade for a month as the higher traffic might just be seasonal!

    Hi cddweb,

I checked your account and see that you have 135 submission limit. Your current submission count is 99. If you want to upgrade, you can also try to use Paypal as your Payment Method. See screenshot below.

You can also upgrade your account for a month and then downgrade your account anytime if you need to.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
