Monthly account charge for Upload Space?

Each month I am charged a $9.99 fee for the form I use on my website. When I first created the form there wasn't a charge. At some point I received a notice that I need more space and that space came at a charge. I believe I needed the space because I didn't know that I needed to delete the files that had been placed there by my clients uploading files.

Please let me know if I actually need the additional space if I delete the files as they come in.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

You can check our pricing page here for the account limit of each plan: http://www.jotform.com/pricing.

For the upload storage space, here are the limits of each plan:

    Free/Starter - 100 MB

    Premium - 10 GB

    Economy - 100 GB

    Professional - 1 TB

The upload space refers to the files uploaded in your account, this includes those submissions with file uploads on them. The upload space does not reset or refreshes, it is the total space allowed in your account, it only changes when you downgrade or upgrade your subscription plan.

You can find your upload storage space just below the account options:

If you reached your upload space limit, you can free it up by deleting submissions with file uploads on them. But please do take note that deleting submissions is irreversible. Which means its data and the files attached on them will be removed or deleted in our servers permanently. We advise that you download copies of your submissions and the files to have a backup.

You can also integrate file sharing and storage services to your forms like Dropbox, Google Drive and Box.net. This will give you copies of submissions and file uploads directly there.

Do let us know if you need more help on this.
