Can I see the history of a Jot from 2 weeks

I have lost an important info, and I need to see if you can send me a form from 2 weeks. Form name Crowne Cards App

You can indeed filter your submissions by a specific date range:

http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

If you have deleted the submission though, we cannot recover the data.  Once a submission is deleted it is fully removed from our system.
