Paypal payment concerns

    I am noticing that some of our orders with with integrated Paypal widget are suddenly not capturing the handling fee. I have checked that part of the form and the rule is still in there under the "shipping" part of the set-up. I am trying to trouble shoot the error and whose end it is on. 


    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi sacballettickets,

    I checked your PayPal integration and I am seeing that your shipping has been setup to be a flat fee regardless of the item selected.

    The shipping rate should be calculated on all option, I am however seeing that it is only being added when 5 Show series or Send a child to the nutcracker is selected.

    Please attempt to clear your form cache to resolve the issue. If you are still having an issue, please remove the shipping condition from your form and recreated it.
