Is there a way to message all subscribers simultaneously? Thanks

If what you intend is to collect their email addresses with a jotform and then email them  I would recommend you to use a 3rd party solution such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, GetResponse and the like.

For example, with Mailchimp you can create different lists and then have a sort of template to send it to that specific list.
