Payment

I check and I see that I have been billed on the 22nd of July and my next billing date is July 31st.

How is that possible?

Your subscription was created on March 21st and charge on March 22nd.  Your normal billing date is the 22nd of every month.  In June, there appears to have been an issue with your payment on the 22nd and PayPal attempted to charge you again on the 25th.  The payment went through on the 25th.  Though you were charged in June on the 25th, your billing cycle remained on the 22nd of each month.  Which is why you were charged July 22nd.
