Is there a way to make sure the client DOES NOT RECEIVE his/her form submission information?

    We have our own forwarding system set up (our host does it). Once we receive the notification from jotform with submission info, we email that to our clients ourselves.

    We do not need Jotform to email anything to the client. No submission responses or thank you's because we do it ourselves.


    Is this possible?

    The notification emails are only sent to the user if their email addresses have been configured in your email alerts as the recipient address, to make sure that this does not happen check the email alerts set settings of your form.
