I closed the form and then opened it. Now when I try to view the submissions it doesn't work. I have included a screenshot of what shows when I press the submissions. I also tried to edit the form and it goes to this same screen. What am I doing wrong? Please advise. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the screenshot image you mentioned was not included in your message. It will help us understand more about the issue if you can provide it to us again.
But in case you are having issue similar to the screenshot I have below
You can try this initial troubleshooting process to fix the problem.
1. Logout of JotForm and close your browser
2. Open your browser and go to this URL
3. Login to your JotForm account.
4. Go to your My Forms page and select the form you are working on.
Now, try editing the form or viewing the submissions and check if the issue you had previously is still happening.
