    Time field is not exporting time correctly to Excel from submission data

    when we export the data from the jot form via excel it's exporting with wrong information

    Ex : the time IN is 12:30 AM  after exporting i got 12:30 Pm and this is fatal error because we are calculating the cost based on this value

    Could you confirm if you are referring to Service Report form? I've tried downloading the Excel report from submissions view and verified some of the entries. It seems that the time is exported correctly. 

    Does it happen with any particular submission? Also, I'm unable to find the submission with the service report 1010101. Please provide us with more information if I'm missing something here.

    this report NO was just for testing and it's happen with all night duty submission

    I have tried accessing the reports with the report numbers provided but it seems you've removed them.

    I tested with the following 114722, the time was exported successfully.

    Kindly clear you browser cache and try exporting again. I see you have thousands of submissions you can also integrate with Google spreadsheet to make management and export a bit easier.

    not all the time only when the time more or less 30 from 12

    Thank you for the numbers above. Please do not remove them from your submissions panel so that our developers can see what might be going on.

    As you will see I have flagged them, so each time you notice the same issue, just flag them as well.

    Looking at the submissions 112572 I saw this:

    Now when looking into downloaded excel file:

    Interestingly the CSV file does not have the same issue.

    Just to confirm, I will be raising this to our developers now and as soon as there are any updates our developers will update you about it through this thread.

    Thank you very much, right now i export them as CSV but the company system only take excel file so after download i do save as excel to solve the problem

    Any update from the developer cause we have a lot of trouble between our system and the CSV like  time format every time different value so we relay need the excel one
