How can I import the orders into my invoicing program?Asked by Tóth Zoltán on July 28, 2015 at 09:13 AM
My Ügyvitel.Net Készlet Optimum invoicing program can import the orders from xml. My client wants to use this feature so I would like to get any information about this.
Unfortunately, there is no direct option to export submission data to XML at the moment. However, the form submissions can be exported to Excel, CSV from reporting section so that you may export to XML data from a spreadsheet program.
Hope this information helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
Is there any way to read orders data directly from database? Or the only way to import orders is processing orders e-mail? The order e-mail is in fix stucture?
If you want a custom reporting, you can do so using our API: http://api.jotform.com/docs/.
The email notifier can be altered, you can switch to Text Version if you don't want to use the HTML:
