Unable to upgrade form using the credit/debit card option for the monthly package. Need help immediately!!! After I select and click upgrade button it does nothing.

Please make sure you have started a fresh session in your account quickscribe, then use your credit card, debit card won't be accepted as this is a recurring subscription that you can stop any time.
