My forms are not being shown on my website

My forms are no longer showing up on my website. Please help urgently!

Can you please give us the link to your website pages where you have the jotforms which are not showing up?

This will allow us to quickly see and inspect the issue and help you resolve it in a fast manner.

The forms were not working earlier (showing a gray page with a sad face), but they are working again now. Please still check to verify that there are no issues.
