I have checked your account and it is overlimit. As free user you have a limit of 10 SSL submissions and there is currently 27 SSL submissions on your account. Because of that your forms are disabled.

You can upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your forms immediately. You can find more about different account type on our pricing page.

However if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on every first day of the following month.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

If I understood, when I achieve max quota in any of area (submissions, upload space, payment submissions or SSL) forms are disabled.  I cant make another form.

I share on facebook and award 25 submission - that does not help?

    Now I have 170 submissions

I want now use the form only for http submissions.

    Hi,

When your account reach the maximum limit/quota for the account, all of your forms would be disabled. Regarding the additional submission awarded to your account when you share and/or follow us on social media is only added on your regular submissions. Your SSL submission limit would always be 10 (for free account user). You will notice that your regular submission limit is now 170.

I will reset your SSL submission to 9 for your forms to be enabled again. However, please take note that we do this only once. Please avoid accessing/submitting your form using a Secure URL to avoid your forms from being disabled again.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.
