Normally, when a product is sold I simultaneously receive a submission email and a payment notification email. I received two submission emails yesterday but did not receive payment. I clicked on complete payment to try to make it work manually but have still not received any payment notification.

You should consult with your payment processor about this case, since you are not receiving the payment confirmation from them (i.e. Paypal, Google Checkout, 2CO, etc). There may be a problem with the payment transaction that's why you failed to receive the notification.
Please update us with the findings, we're ready to cooperate with your payment processor in case they request for our help.
