Form Designer injecting theme css even if you do not change anything

This problem started today and only after a form was cloned. The problem now occurs on both the original form as well as the cloned ones.

Strange design changes are being made: the border color of the fields is restored to its default and the text of the field labels is reduced to 8px after being resized to 18px in the Designer. Please see the screenshot provided for more details.

This does not appear to be a caching issue as the problem occurs across multiple browsers.

We are embedding the form via the IFrame option and the "secure form" box option is selected. The issue occurs when the "secure form" box is unchecked as well.

There are no Javascript errors on the page.

    Please advise.

    Thank you for contacting us.

It seems that the issue is caused by Form Designer. When you open the form in designer and then close it (even without any modifications), the form is receiving some default theme CSS injection.

I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and escalated it to our Development Team.

In the meantime, you can try to restore your form(s) with revision history tool.

We will get back to you when we have any updates on this.

    Thanks for responding.

Is there a timeline for the fix?

    Are there any workarounds?

Do you know if it is related to any specific form element (e.g. accordions)?

No update as of yet, though this has been given a high priority large fixes such as this often take quite some time.  This is not related to any specific element, it is related to the way CSS is applied from themes and from the designer.  Other than removing the theme or adding CSS through the form builder, there is not much else that can be done.
