Why is my form disabled?

I am brand-new to JotForm and am trying it out to see if it is something I can use for my business.

I just created a form, Credit Card Authorization. I get a message that the form is disabled because it is not secure. I clicked on Embed and Secure Form and tried to email it to myself but received an error message that I have reached my limit. Do I need to have a premium account to send secure forms?

The problem is that you are requesting Credit Card sensitive information on plain text fields, so your form was detected and suspended automatically by our Phishing detection system.

Please be aware that this is illegal because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms of use

Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.  The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

In light of this, it is a must to integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations.
