I have created aform and i think i had reached to 100 form now i had received a mail that i had reached to limit and your form is disabled now.

I did check your account and found that you have only received 83 submissions but out of that you have received 39 SSL submissions. That is the reason why your account is over quota. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in free account but you have received 39.
I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once. You should stop using the secure forms URLs and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.
To answer your question, yes you can get 100 free submission every month. Please be noted that in free plan you can only receive 100 non secure, 10 SSL / secure and 10 payment submissions. If any of the limit is reached, all your forms will be disabled. To activate your forms again, you will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.

You need to just ensure that the "Secure Form" check box is not checked. Please check the screenshot below:
If you are using secure embed scripts to embed your other forms in your web page, it should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.
