Forms not working

    Hi,

    Upon checking the form you have here: http://form.jotform.us/form/52049239006148?. I see that you only have the Data Grid widget. No input fields or submit button.

    May I know what you meant by not working? I also checked the other forms that you have and they are still accessible.

    Hi,
    For about 5 minutes all forms were not working. But they are jow. Thank you
    for the quick respobse. I do not know what happened .

    I just receive an update that there was a temporary glitch in the service earlier, but it was quickly resolved. 

    However, if you experience the problem again, please do let us know and we will investigate it further.
