I would like to have the attachment send by mail

at my form i added the attachment buttons, but the attachment are now online stored, but i would like to have them added to the mail as a file.

by that way our ticketing system picks it up automaticly and ad them on the attachment field..

i cant find where thats possible,

Unfortunately this is not possible since that all of the files are uploaded to our storage servers for which the links are created and sent in the email.

It would be possible for you to grab the links and set your server to download them (for example a script utilizing wget or some other method), but it would not be possible to set it up to have the uploaded files sent over the email as an attachment.
