Printed Version of the form without empty fields

I find that after filling out a form, and printing it, the form does not show only the items I've selected in a checkbox--it shows ALL of the options. Is there a way to fix that?

I believe we do not have this option for printing with the Print Button.

However, we do have the option for hiding empty fields in your Email Notifications and PDF of your submissions. You can then print the PDF submission, and it will have only the fields that were entered.

If this is something that will work for your use case, there are multiple ways that you can get your submission PDFs. You can get the submission PDF directly in your Email Notification by either checking the Attach PDF option, or by adding the PDF Link entry to the body of your email notification.

Another though manual way of getting PDF submissions is to open up your Submissions page, and use the Get PDF option for any desired submission.
