Upgraded Account not showing the "upgrade"

    Jotform Team:

    I just upgraded our Account at HomeFed, and your system still says I only have 100 submissions per month, instead of 1,000.

    Can you please update our account to reflect the payment and higher number of submissions? We hope to exceed the 100 limit early this week.
