I have visited the information for entering the terms and conditions section and I have been able to put it up however I wanted to know if there is something specific that needs to be done for the actual page that will come up when the link is pressed.
It takes the person to the link but then they have not submitted the form. Should the link be opening in another window or is there a way that they can return once they have read the terms and then agreed?
Thanks for the help.

Thank you for contacting us.
We would like to recommend you to open Terms and Conditions page in another window. If you need any code example, please let us know.
Alternatively, your customers will have to use Back button (return to the previous page) in their browsers.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any other assistance. We will be happy to help you.

Ok, thanks for the help and the page opening in a new window works as opposed to the back button but how can I make that happen as I copied the code but it opens over the form.

Please insert a Free Text (HTML) field and, using the HTML Mode copy-paste the following HTML code:
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.yourwebsite.com/termsandconditions.html" rel="nofollow noopener" >Click Here</a> for the terms and conditions.
The key here is . This attribute will open the terms and conditions page on a new page. You can modify the rest of the code. Of course, you have to place the correct URL of the terms and conditions page as well.
Try it and let us know if it works for you or not.
