    Thank you for your response.  I do not think I was clear.  My apologies.  I get the error message "please correct captcha" when I am try to foward a submission from themy inbox.  How do I correct this?

    The captcha usually shows when there's an unusual traffic from a network. I personally get this from other website when my ISP has some issues.

    I've checked in our end and the captcha doesn't show.


    You can also directly use your email service provider to send the form URL. You can copy the Form URL in your "Preview" window or in the "Embed Form" options.

    Here's the Form URL in the "Preview" window.

    Or the direct link in the "Embed Form" wizard.


    You can also try resetting your network connection, but I believe this is more related to your ISP.
