Are you still having this issue at this time?
Can you please try the following process:
1. Logout of JotForm
2. Close your browser.
3. Open your browser and got to this URL https://www.jotform.com/login
4. Login to your account.
5. Go to your My Forms page or click this link https://www.jotform.com/myforms/
6. Select the Form you want to EDIT
Please check if you can now edit your form.
If issue persist can you please describe more what you actually see on your browser? Is there any error.
It will help also if you can share to us a screenshot when issue happens.
