Why won't my forms submit on Ipad!

 I have three filled in forms at present still displaying the content entered by my patients but the submit button is not functioning. The terms and conditions check box is missing as well as my image annotation widget. I can't lose this information as the patients wont be able to fill this form in again.

I have tested your form on my Samsung galaxy S4 and iPhone simulator and I was able to submit the form.

Did you maybe embedded your form to website? If so can you please provide us URL of your website so that we can test your form there.

If you embedded your form, which embed option did you use? We recommend using of iFrame code.
