    Hi Jotform,

First of all, I'd like to thank Jotform for making our work more efficient. We have used Jotform to build a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) form for customer to fill out.

Now I have a question regarding additional functionality of the form. Is there any form or way to get customer signing in to his RMA account to view the status we update from our side?  The form should be password protective.

Thank you very much for your help

Could you provide us the form or your account username so that we can assist you better?

Currently, the forms are used to collect data. Based from your specifications, you are looking for something like a status checker?

I believe the forms are not designed for that, we also do not advise using fields that acts as passwords or log in inputs, we have an anti-Phishing system that regularly scans thousands of forms and autosuspend accounts that violates our Terms of Use. Please check our terms page under "Phishing" section, we do not allow forms that collect sensitive information like log in credentials, passwords, credit card details, bank information and the likes.

However, please do check these guides, they might be helpful with you:

You can try creating a report and share it instead: http://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-To-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm

Or you can share your submissions page with password protection: http://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

    I hope this helps.
