Many custom lead fields are not showing up in the picklist in the Salesforce Integration widget, of various types including email fields, text box fields, and checkbox fields. I have tried resetting the security token through Salesforce but the fields are not showing up. I made sure all of the fields are on the master Lead layout page as well. Any other suggestions to be able to link to the missing lead fields?
