Create ranking form with one question and no submit button

I am trying to create a form with only one question and no submit button. I need this form to submit as soon as the user selects one of the stars (1 out of 5).

Is this possible?

Hi,

It is not possible to automatically submit the form when a selection is made.  The submit action can only be triggered when the submit button is pressed.  There are no conditions or anything like such as that to make it happen.
