I noticed that your last response indicated that the secure mobile form issues were fixed on June 22, 2015.
I think the issue may have reemerged as I have had a couple of calls from our customers indicating that they are getting the message "This form is not secure. Are you sure that you want to submit it?" when they click submit on our forms. I also was able to recreate the same issue on my phone. I tried using one of the solutions earlier in this thread by removing the /form/ from the URL but I got the same error message upon submission.
Do you have any other suggestions on what we need to do to fix this?

From my understanding of this response that you'd placed in a related issue you've mentioned that you are now experiencing a similar yet re-emergence of this issue on your end.
I noticed you have several forms. So to test this more accurately please provide us with a link to whichever form(s) of yours that you are experiencing this issue on so we can investigate it.

I'm sorry for the trouble. After I cleared your form caches on our end the issue is fixed. I tried your form. Could you please try it and let me know if the issue persists?
Thank you for letting us to know. Have a nice day!

No problem, I tried submitting this form again using my iPhone 5 and I got the same message saying that the form was not secure. I tried this on August 3rd when you first sent the response and then gave it a couple of days to see if it would work today but to no avail. Any other ideas?

We have checked the issue again, and discovered that the problem is caused by your "custom thank you page", as it redirects the user to your page which is insecure (begins with http://). Additionally, the website doesn't have a valid SSL certificate, which also disables us to prevent the mentioned warning by changing your form's 'custom url' protocol to HTTPS.
You may like to activate a valid SSL certificate and modify "Custom Thank you URL" to its HTTPS version to solve this issue permanently.
Please let us know your thoughts about to issue, to see how we can assist you more.

Alright, we'll have our I.T. dept. check into that. Thanks.
