I completed an application this morning, however, I never received an email confirming my submission.

    I have checked our mailing logs for the email address that you are using in this thread, and I do not see it in our logs at this time. Please note that we were having slight issues with one of our mailing servers today, which might have delayed your confirmation email, but as the issue is already resolved the emails should have gone through by now.

    Can you please let us know which form did you submit to, and which email address did you use?

    If you have used the same email address that you are using to post/reply to our forum, you do not need to provide it, as we can see it. Just let us know if that is the email.

    We would need a link to the form in order to check its submissions, and we need to confirm your email address in order to check if it is in one of that form's submissions.
