How can I add fields that only me can edit after applicants have submitted the information.

I will like to creat a form that after the applicants have submitted the infromation I can also fill some fields. Like Approved, Not Approved, Pending etc

You can add an Edit Link on the Email Notification you will receive every time you someone submits your form. On this guide, it will show you how to add the Edit Link on the AutoResponder that your submitters will receive for them to edit it. So, instead of adding it on the AutoResponder, you can add it on the Notifier that you will receive and you will have the capability to Edit the Submission.

Another thing that you can do is make use of the Edit Button from the Submission page. Here's how:

When you Edit the Submission, you need to Submit the Form again by clicking the Submit Button.

You can set the Approved By field to hidden. So that your submitters won't see them when they fill up. 

The difference between the two options I mentioned above. The Edit link on the Email Notification, would not show the hidden field when you click the link and load your form. Unlike with the Edit option on the Submission page, when you edit your form it will show you the hidden fields as well.
