Your website was recommended to me by my colleague in the UK, and she told me it was free to use your forms for surveys.

However I have now the message "quota exceeded" on the form created :

My colleague in the UK now tells me that she believes we get the first 100 answers for free, and then have to pay a fee. she tells me that Naty in the UK pays for this - but I would have liked to know this beforehand - as I now have to send out the form once more to my database, when the payment has been done.

Can you please call me urgently to tell me how to proceed to de-block the form ???

First off, thanks for your interest in our service, Anette.  A free account gets monthly 100 regular submissions, 10 SSL submissions or 10 payments(whichever comes first) for free. If you reach your montlhy limits, your form(s) will be disabled and your visitors won't be able to submit anything on it. For all users, the counts reset to 0 on the 1st month of every month. You can also upgrade your account to a higher plan if you don't want to wait until the next reset. I've also checked your account and your form is created under a guest account. A guest account is limited to receive 20 regular submissions, 2 SSL submissions or 2 payments. You can also create a free account. But don't forget to use the same email address you entered for your guest account/notification email to keep your existing form.

If you have any other concers, feel free to contact us via our forum. We'll be more than happy to help you.

PS: We don't have phone support.
